Our sources, in order of authority
- The product label. Legally required to be accurate; the basis of every ingredient, dose and warning we publish.
- Published scientific literature. Peer-reviewed human studies of the individual ingredients, used with their doses and populations made explicit.
- The supplier's own pages and terms. Used for price, delivery and guarantee information, always attributed to the supplier and stamped with a checked-on date.
Every page that relies on time-sensitive facts (prices, promotions, terms) shows a “last reviewed” date. When we cannot verify something, we say so rather than guessing.
How we handle the supplier's marketing claims
Supplier claims are reported as claims, never as established facts. Where a claim cannot be matched to verifiable evidence — as with the percentage figures and expert endorsement in this product's advertising — we say so explicitly on our evidence page.
Health information
This site covers a food supplement, and UK rules restrict the health claims foods may carry. We do not present any supplement as preventing, treating or curing disease; we reproduce label warnings in full; and we consistently direct readers with persistent or worsening memory problems to their GP. Nothing on this site is personalised medical advice.
Independence and affiliate income
The site earns commission on qualifying purchases made through our links. Three rules keep that separate from what we write:
- Commissions come from the supplier, never from readers — prices are identical either way.
- Pages are researched and written before commercial placement is considered.
- Negative findings — dose gaps, unverifiable claims, safety restrictions — are published in full regardless of their commercial effect.
The commercial relationship is disclosed at the top of every content page and in full on the affiliate disclosure page.
What we don't do
- Claim hands-on testing or medical credentials we don't have.
- Publish invented reviews, ratings or customer stories.
- Use countdown timers, stock warnings or similar pressure tactics.
- Copy the supplier's sales copy or lightly rewrite competitors' content.
Corrections
Errors can be reported via our contact page. Substantive corrections are made promptly and reflected in the page's review date.
